Jowanna Maxwell PA-C

A graduate of Hampton University, P.A. Maxwell earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in 2005 where she was recognized as a National Health Service Scholar. After graduating, she went on to gain extensive experience while working with Rural Health Group and Halifax Regional Medical Center in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina for three years. where her clinical interests were family medicine as well as rural, women's, and mental health.
As a Fayetteville native, P.A. Maxwell returned to the Cumberland County area to render healthcare services to her community and surrounding areas, by joining Pinnacle Family Care in July of 2008. She brings with her a dedicated and clinical interest in health maintenance, family medicine, as well as rural and women's health services and enjoys working with patients of all ages.
P.A. Maxwell believes in service with a smile and welcomes new patients as well as same-day appointments.
